All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and
conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not

KeraStyles and Co. reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior
notification.

Shipping Policy

Processing: all orders will process within 48 business hours of being placed. Once your order is cleared of
processing, we will generate the tracking for your order to begin the packaging fulfillment process. Please allow 3-7 business days for this process to be handled & your package to be shipped out. If you select the “pick up” option please keep in mind the processing time is the same or can be quicker depending on our stock! You will receive a notification once order is ready for pick up. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or
carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered
when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is
delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information,
please contact us.

consumer (you)**
Return & Exchanges: (if applicable)
Please be sure to select the correct items, style, length and quantity. Read over your name, email,
SHIPPING ADDRESS and other important information before placing your order to ensure you receive
the correct order & in the best time frame!!!
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges will be replaced with the
same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. Once your product is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order
will be processed within 72 hours.
If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to
see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you
wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
Packaging and Shipping: once your order is cleared to be packaged and shipped, you will receive an
email stating your order is in transit to you with your tracking number included. All orders will ship within
2-5 business days of purchasing depending on your option of shipping at checkout.

Delivery: Shipping and Delivery is two different things. Once your order has shipped (meaning tracking
has been generated and your package is in the possession of shipping services), your order should arrive
within 24-72 business hours of the scanning time/date/day.
1-2 Business Day(s) Shipping - Your order will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of the day
of purchasing. 1-2 business day shipping DOES NOT MEAN your order will be delivered within 1-2
business days.
3-5 Business Day(s) Shipping - Your order will ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) of the day
of purchasing. 3-5 business day shipping DOES NOT MEAN your order will be delivered within 3-5
business days.
5-7 Business Day(s) Shipping - Your order will ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of the day
of purchasing. 5-7 business day shipping DOES NOT MEAN your order will be delivered within 5-7
business days.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
Your order will normally be shipped with USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to
your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking
number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking or FedEx tracking number to track your package in
transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check
the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#,
etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Packages will require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the
package. USPS will typically make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice
of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up
or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, KeraStyles and Co. may link to sites operated by
third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with KeraStyles and Co., KeraStyles and Co. has
no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices,
independent of KeraStyles and Co. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you
access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, KeraStyles and Co. seeks to protect the integrity of its web
site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Georgia, U.S.A., without
regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the

indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of KeraStyles
and CO products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. Any cause of
action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of
KeraStyles and Co. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action
arises. KeraStyles and Co. failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these
terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of
conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions.
KeraStyles and Co. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time
without notice to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a KeraStyles and Co product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KeraStyles and Co
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
KeraStyles and Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has

been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, KeraStyles and Co. shall issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.
